Scratchcards
If you are planning a raffle for your company party, a sales campaign for a drugstore chain or a lottery, remember scratchcards. People still like them.
Methods used:
- Double layer of screen printing. First we apply clear varnish to cover and protect the graphics printed with offset or digital printing techniques, most typically on paper. Then the scratch finish is applied, usually in a silver or golden colour.
We would advise against:
- Printing 100% black under the scratch surface; tone it down a little. The scratch surface has a high density and great covering properties but why help the various tricksters among us?
